Service Requests & Acceptance
ClearRoute Environmental provides commercial waste pickup and transportation services for qualifying materials. Submission of a Request a Pickup form, preferred pickup date, or other inquiry does not guarantee acceptance or confirm a pickup.
All requests are subject to review based on factors including material type, condition, quantity, packaging, location, transportation requirements, receiving-facility acceptance, and service availability. ClearRoute Environmental reserves the right to accept, decline, modify, or reschedule a service request when appropriate.
Customer Responsibilities, Pricing & Service
Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete information about the materials offered for pickup, including their type, quantity, condition, and any relevant handling information.
Pricing, pickup arrangements, and service requirements may vary based on the information provided and the actual materials presented at pickup. Additional charges or changes may apply if the materials, quantities, packaging, access conditions, or other circumstances differ from those originally provided.
Customers must not knowingly provide prohibited, undisclosed, or incorrectly identified materials for pickup. Accepted materials will be transported to an appropriate receiving facility based on the material and applicable service requirements.

ClearRoute Environmental is not responsible for losses resulting from inaccurate information supplied by a customer, circumstances outside our reasonable control, or third-party websites or services. Nothing in these Terms is intended to exclude or limit liability where doing so would be prohibited by applicable law.
We may update these Terms & Conditions as our services, website, or applicable requirements change. Continued use of the website after an update is subject to the then-current Terms.
